AASCIF State Fund and Canadian Board Members - $650
Associate Members - $675
Non-Members - $725
Golf Tournament:  $175
Guests (spouses, significant others, children 6 & up) - $175
Children 5 & Under – Free

Cancellation & Refund Details:
We will accept cancellations and provide refunds until 6/25/2010
